Cooks Corner, the Nation’s Largest Kitchen Store, will celebrate the official grand opening of its new Ashwaubenon, Wisc., location on Saturday, August 3, starting at 9 am. Special events that day will include a free gift to the first 300 adult customers, prize giveaways, and product demonstrations.
The new 25,000-square-foot store is located in The Shoppes at the Village Mall at 2605 South Oneida Street, two blocks southwest of Bay Park Square Mall in Green Bay. The store was previously located at the corner of Allied and Waube Lane, just west of Hwy 41.
In addition to thousands of kitchenware products and gourmet foods, the Oneida Street store features a Candy/Fudge Shoppe, a gourmet kitchen for instructional cooking classes, an in-store factory outlet center, a wedding and gift registry, and walls lined with thousands of cooking gadgets and cook’s tools.
“My wife and I want to extend a big thank you to all of our wonderful employees that have tirelessly been giving of their time to make this move a successful one. It was a huge job,” says owner Pete Burback. “We also definitely want to thank our customers that have been so patient while we were moving to this new location. Every day we hear how much they love the new larger store, it really makes it special and worthwhile.”
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 4:30 pm on Monday, July 29.
